Lincoln North Star NE senior Liem Chot will go for his third straight Class A Nebraska state cross country title on Friday in Kearney, Neb. Chot and his coach, Matt Musiel, join DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss the season in Nebraska, Chot's progress as a runner and how they have dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic. Chot also discusses his early life in Africa, moving from war-torn South Sudan to a refugee camp in Ethiopia and later to a safer environment and good school in Uganda, before moving to the United States in late 2013.
